Giving Opportunities
Donor Advised Fund
Individuals and corporations can open a donor advised fund account for as little as $5,000. At any time, donors can access the on-line system and select non-profit organizations they want to support. It is a secure and efficient way to give to multiple non-profits.
Designated Fund
Individuals and corporations can open a designated fund account for as little as $2,500. Donors who wish to support one specific nonprofit organization can establish a designated fund and support the sole recipient.
Giving Circle Fund
Individuals can pool funds and form a “giving circle” with like-minded donors. At any time, the group can access the on-line system and together select non-profit organizations they want to support. Giving Circle accounts can be opened with a minimum pooled amount of $5,000.
Health Interest Fund
Individuals and corporations can establish “health interest” funds with a minimum contribution of $2,500 to support a specific issue within the health domain. At the donor's request, the use of funds is restricted to a specified area of interest and Global India Fund will decide which non-profit organization(s) is addressing that particular health issue.
Non-profit Innovation Award
Each year a Global India Fund Advisory Committee will competitively select one recipient for this award. Individual and corporate donors can designate funds for this award. No minimum contribution.
